Creating a culture of healthy tech use
We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes to help them understand the impact digital technology is having on their people and businesses. We then support them to create a culture of healthy, balanced, sustainable technology usage and ensure their employee’s productivity, wellbeing, work life balance and creativity are not adversely affected by their online communications. By assessing the organisation’s current digital culture and understanding their specific demands and limitations we create bespoke, measurable Healthy Tech Management Plans and Screen Time Guidelines.
Our fun and interactive sessions empower people to question their relationship with the digital technology in their lives. We provide them with the tools and tips to help them use their devices in a more mindful way and to help ensure they do not overwhelm them. Following our sessions 95% of participants feel empowered to make changes to how they use their digital technology. The Digital Generation Game – this fun icebreaker helps attendees to think about the potentially negative impact their devices could have on them during the event and empowers them to ensure they’re not distracted or disconnected from the content or their fellow delegates.

Time to Shine Offline – a fun, interactive workshop where participants are given the chance to reflect on their current digital technology behaviour and empowered to make positive changes at an individual and team level.
4 WEEK ONLINE LEARNING PROGRAMME
A month-long programme comprising kick off and reflective webinars in weeks 1 and 4 complemented by supportive, tailored communications delivered to participants’ inboxes in week 2 and 3 to support their behavioural change. This fun, interactive programme is a great way to introduce digital wellbeing to your organisation and start to encourage staff to make improvements to the role their devices play in their lives.
