We have partnered with the Mindful Business Charter to improve digital workplace cultures, lower stress and improve employee mental health. View the programme here.
Signed by over 120 organisations, the MBC encourages employers to do what they can to minimise unnecessary stress within the workplace and help improve their people’s mental health.
Our digital behaviour at work creates a lot of overwhelm, overload and stress. By supporting people, teams and leaders to take back control of their digital habits MBC signatory organisations are recognising the limitations of the digital workspace and striving to find better ways of working in a constantly connected world.
